By using or accessing the Site (defined below), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound to all the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, and the “Terms of Use” or other customer agreement between you and Corporate Technologies Inc. that is applicable to the particular Service you are using or accessing (collectively, “User Agreements”).

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

We collect personal information when you voluntarily submit it to us.

WHERE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR INFORMATION? 

Corporate Technologies Inc. is based in the United States, and any information transmitted to us may be stored, accessed, or processed in the United States. Residents of other countries, including residents of the European Union, should be aware that the laws of the United States do not offer the same protections as the laws of your home country.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for delivery, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We mainly use the Order Information for confirmation purposes.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

If Corporate Technologies Inc., or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Corporate Technologies Inc. goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that are transferred or acquired by a third party.
